Emirates Financial Towers awarded Arabian Aluminium Dhs70m exterior cladding and curtain wall contract

The agreement stipulates that Arabian Aluminium (one of Al Ghurair construction firms) are to install special high-performance exterior glazing with superior specifications for the EFT - to enhance its appearance and add luster and brightness to the landmark towers that feature an elite design and finishing.

Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Hani Abu Auida, EFT Chief Executive Officer said: "Our deal with Arabian Aluminium Company represents one of the most significant phases in the overall project, as the glazing works will reflect the distinguished facade of the iconic Emirate Financial Towers".

The glazing panels were designed and fabricated in a way that ensures easy installation, integrity and harmony.

Therefore for this job, we have chosen Arabian Aluminium co, one of the most professional and trust worthy suppliers of designing and compacting Aluminium and glazing works for large projects. They have already achieved a milestone with the Burj Dubai project and are committed to reaching the highest artistic and professional standards - without compromising on the deadline", Abu Auida added.

Emirates Financial Towers has awarded another contract worth Dhs3m to Pro-Bel Enterprises Limited to provide regular cleaning services for the exterior part of the towers, in a bid to maintain a shimmering façade of the landmark project.

"We have selected Pro-Bel Enterprises Limited as they developed a unique and revolutionary method to provide the best performance and safety in cleaning services", Abu Auida said.

Pro-Bel will employ the latest technologies to auto wash and clean the windows on a regular basis, to help ensure the everlasting shine and splendor of the facade, while setting new benchmarks in safety, as the auto cleaning process will not need the use of scaffoldings nor manpower.
