New Zealand delegation briefed about Dubai developments

A delegation of leading businessmen from New Zealand, currently in Dubai for the Big 5 exhibition.

The delegation got themselves acquainted with the tourism developments in the emirate during a presentation organized by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

The presentation was part of the ongoing efforts of the department to crate increased awareness about the emirate's attractions in the key markets around the world.

Also present at the show was Dr. Trevor Matheson, New Zealand ambassador to the UAE.

The DTCM Director Missions, Mr. Hamad bin Mejren, and Mr. Talal Al Suwaidi, DTCM Executive Inward Missions, welcomed the visitors at the DTCM Head.

Mr. bin Mejren outlined the evolution of Dubai, DTCM initiatives to promote and market Dubai across the world, and a variety of multi-million dirham infrastructure and tourism-related projects.
