Tameer sponsors Mohammed Bin Sulayem's 'Rally Car Experience' charity drive

Tameer Holding, the region's leading real estate companies, recently sponsored the rally car experience, one of the country's biggest sporting charity events that took place on Saturday 24th November on Al Mumzar area in Dubai.
The track is approximately 1km long and was purpose built for the occasion by Dubai Municipality. Bin Sulayem drove a Ford Escort World Rally Car - one of the most famous and successful cars in international rallying in the 1990s - the same model which helped in win the 14th FIA Middle East Rally Championship in 1999.
There were no other vehicles involved, with Mohammed driving the five sponsors' representatives around the track one by one at rally speed.
"Our sponsorship of this event, not only reflects the love for sports that many at Tameer have, but is also consistent with our mission to be an important force that is helping the community and those less fortunate," said Omar Ayesh, President of Tameer Holding speaking of the firm's involvement in the event.
To date, Tameer have taken part in various social and community activities across country over the past several months and has seen the firm become a key player in the UAE's charity calendar.
Omar Ayesh added "Tameer Holding's contribution to this race, along with several others of the UAE's top organizations, will help Mohammed Ben Sulayem, via a charitable world-class event, achieve an ambition to help those who really need it."
The firm recently donated Dhs5m to Dubai Cares campaign and has recently sponsored a couple of exhibition and exhibitions that are a clear reflection of its mature CSR initiatives.
