DED's Al Twar Centre conducts 77,970 transactions in one year

The Al Twar Centre branch of the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) has undertaken a record number of 77,970 transactions last year.
"This record number of transactions is the result of the efforts by the staff members to offer better services to customers complemented by the total support they receive from the administration at DED. The success also confirms the DED's commitment to ensure that services provided are of top-notch quality, as per the recommendation of UAE Vice President & Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum," said Yousuf Al Hashmi, Director of Al Twar Centre.
"Al Twar Centre is aligned to DED's objectives to expand its services and help clients in getting their work finished efficiently and on time. The branch was inaugurated last year to offer quality services for customers that will speed up the licensing process and facilitate procedures for clients who no longer have to visit the DED premises in Deira," added Al Hashmi.
Al Twar Centre is a 3,000 sq feet premises located in Al Twar Shopping Centre and includes a specialised team of 15 employees. The branch receives around 230 customers daily.
