Empire Aviation Group signs contract with Aviation Services Management, 'worldwide flight support services provider'

Empire Aviation Group (EAG), the Dubai-based private jet operator, has announced an agreement with Sharjah-based Aviation Services Management (ASM), under which ASM will provide flight service support to EAG's charter operations worldwide.

The contract, which covers the provision of ground handling, fuel and flight permissions, was signed at the Dubai Air show by Empire Aviation Group COO, Mr Steve Hartley, and Mr Vito Gomes, Managing Director of Aviation Services Management.

Empire Aviation Group COO, Mr Steve Hartley, commented: "Empire Aviation Group is delighted to sign this contract with Aviation Services
Management; we now have all the operational elements in place to start our charter services from Dubai International and we expect to develop this strand of our business very quickly, alongside the aircraft sales,
management and ancillary aviation services we already offer, as a one-stop aviation company."

Empire Aviation group was awarded an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) by the GCAA in the UAE earlier this month and began flight operations with two privately managed business jets - a Falcon 900EX Easy and a Hawker
850XP. The company expects to add two Hawker 800XPs to the fleet, within the first month of operations, and expects the fleet increase to six aircraft by the end of 2007.

Empire Aviation Group offers a broad portfolio of aviation services, including Aircraft Sales, Aircraft Charter, Air Ambulance Services,
Aircraft Management, Aircraft financing and Insurance. EAG was launched in July 2007 to meet the increasing demand for private aviation within the region.

Aviation Services Management, established in 1998 in the UK- BVI, provides 24 hours, year-round services with a full range of specialized
aviation services designed for both value and convenience to business and commercial aviation companies globally.
