Citigold is focused on providing its customers with personalized and comprehensive financial planning solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. The offering is for individuals with a minimum portfolio value of USD 100,000, Citigold customers are provided with wealth management products to preserve and potentially grow their wealth.
Currently, Citigold Global Access accords Citigold customers privileged banking services at over 500 CitiGold Centers in 34 countries. Key product offerings include:
• Free Citigold Center Access - Free access to Citigold Centers around the world, including lounges and meeting rooms. Citigold customers are also accorded free usage of telecommunication devices such as telephone and fax for local calls as well as Internet access so that they feel connected wherever they are.
• Toll-free One-number Hotline - Citigold customers can contact their home CitiGold customer service hotline via a single toll free number, 800-CITI-CODE (800-2484-2633) and request for assistance. Customers no longer need to remember different telephone numbers for different banking services when they are traveling.
• Preferential FX Rate - Citigold customers can enjoy preferential foreign exchange rate when converting local currencies and US dollars abroad. They can do so up to US$5,000. Preferential rates vary depending on currencies and local FX market situation.
• Emergency Cash Withdrawal - When in unexpected emergency situations such as loss of wallet, subject to proper verification, Citigold customers can get up to $2,000 emergency cash (or in available denominations) from their accounts.
Additionally, Citigold customers will continue to enjoy free withdrawals from over 700,000 ATMS in the Citibank network in more than 100 countries plus access to Citibank World Privileges available at over 40,000 establishments across more than 40 countries.
