Al Tomooh Scheme participates in Middle East Companies' Social Responsibility Conference

As one of the social services provided by Emirates Bank an Emirates NBD Company, Al Tomooh Scheme has participated in the Middle East Companies' Social Responsibility Conference held under the patronage of H. E Mariam Al Romi, Minister of Social Affairs.
The Scheme has given its approval for financing 100 projects owned by UAE nationals from various emirates, out of which 34 projects have fully settled the loan amounts. This huge number of financed projects is considered as an added value to the national economy and a remarkable achievement which shall be enhanced by the Scheme directors so that it could be benefited by all sectors of the society.
Mr. Jawdat Hawas, Manager of Al Tomooh Scheme referred to the fact that the Scheme has spent about Dhs32m in financing projects which were just dreams and have come true.
In view of the Scheme's keen on the quality of the financed projects, Mr. Jawdat Hawas confirmed that the Scheme endeavors to finance more professional and craftsman projects in the coming period so that it may cover important sectors of the economic activities which are in need of UAE people. The Scheme will also make continuous studies of the requirements of the economic market in order to explore its demands and find the sectors which lack locals
Mr. Jawdat Hawas explained the role of Emirates Bank an Emirates NBD Company and its efforts in supporting the charity, educational, cultural, environmental, social and sporting activities relevant to serving the society.
Al Tomooh - Finance Scheme for Small National Business was established as one of the social services rendered by Emirates Bank an Emirates NBD Company. The Scheme has financed a big number of important projects which were in need of UAE nationals such as law offices, construction engineering, mechanical engineering, medical clinics, financial audit and consultants ... etc.
