M·A·C Cosmetics "Official makeup supplier" of the Dubai International Film Festival 2007

For a fourth consecutive year, M·A·C Cosmetics signs an agreement to support the Dubai International Film Festival as the "Official makeup supplier" for this year's event.
Make-up artists from M·A·C's Middle East PRO Team lead by Senior Artist Vimi Joshi, will be on hand from December 9th - 16th to provide make-up services to VIP's and celebrities attending the screenings and gala events. Make up services will be available by appointment through a private hotline number. Guests can visit the M·A·C Suite located exclusively at the Al Qasr Hotel, or take advantage of a one-on-one makeup appointment in the comfort of their hotel room.
Festival watchers can look forward to glamour and style as M·A·C rolls out the red carpet and creates the ultimate glamorous screen looks!
Following on the success of last year, M·A·C broadens its support to DIFF by providing makeup services to media and press covering the week-long festival at the exclusive M·A·C Media Lounge located at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Center. DIFF-Accredited media can take advantage of quick touch-ups by M·A·C artists, or use the relaxed setting of the lounge to rest between press events. The M·A·C Media Lounge will be open throughout the DIFF from 9am - 6pm.
For a second year M·A·C extends its support to professional makeup artists and emerging film makers by offering a masterclass related to makeup in film. M·A·C Senior Artist Tiffany Johnston will be presenting "Makeup for Period Film" discussing and demonstrating makeup looks and techniques relevant to films set in historic times.
In a show of support to amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS Dubai charity event taking place during DIFF this year, M·A·C has invited M·A·C Viva Glam spokesperson Dita Von Teese, the world renowned burlesque performer to attend the event and raise awareness about the disease. Dita has been touring the globe on a mission to promote her message that you can have fun and be safe. Viva Glam lipstick is the primary fund raising tool of the M·A·C AIDS Fund, where 100% of the proceeds go to the Fund to help people affected by AIDS/HIV around the world, to date the Fund has raised over $100,000,000 just through sales of the lipsticks.
