Construction work in progress for Diamond Views 1 & 2 according to Diamond Developers

Diamond Views, the Dhs1bn project, is located in Jumeirah Village South and features residential buildings and town houses.

The buildings will offer four types of spacious studios, eight types of one bedroom apartments and three types of two bedroom apartments. The townhouses offer a selection of two, three and four bedrooms. Being positioned in Jumeirah Village enables tenants to enjoy all the facilities that define the Dubai standards way of living. There are sport courts and tracks, parks, fine dining, shopping, movies and countless exciting night life choices.

After finishing all shoring and excavation works, Diamond Views 1 is at the stage of townhouses foundation up to tie beams.

As for Diamond Views 2, construction began on the first phase earlier this year. Jeet Contracting is handling all of the excavation, shoring, dewatering and foundation works.
