Tabreed strengthens top management team

Tabreed, the world's largest district cooling company, has strengthened its top management team with two key appointments.
These appointments come as the company readies to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
"Al Kawari and Al Muhairi are outstanding professionals with many years of international experience and their leadership will help Tabreed achieve its aggressive growth plan as it looks to consolidate its market-leading position" said Dany Safi, Chief Executive Officer, Tabreed.
Al Kawari joins Tabreed from Mubadala Development Company where he managed major energy investment projects. He is a mechanical engineer from Colorado School of Mines, USA and a registered Project management professional (PMP). Al Kawari has extensive energy & project management experience that covers air conditioning, heating, oil & gas and the power sectors locally & internationally.
"As Tabreed embarks on a major growth era that will increase the current installed cooling capacities by 10 times, it is important to keep focused on what made Tabreed successful today", said Al Kawari, 34, who is married with two children.
Al Muhairi is a Business Management graduate, with a major in finance, from the American University in Washington DC, USA and has been working with the UAE's Central Bank for over eight years.
"After working in the banking & finance sector for almost a decade, I believe that, Tabreed is financially well positioned for a crucial growth phase" said Al Muhairi. "I am confident we will be able to set many benchmarks for the regional and international district cooling industry."
Al Muhairi, 31, is married, with two children and is a member of many regional and international professional associations.
Tabreed, the Middle East's award-winning district cooling pioneer, has been at the forefront of the industry for almost a decade now and the company has completed major projects in the GCC as well as the wider Middle East.
