Le Méridien Dubai hosts Brazilian Food Festival
- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, November 28 - 2007 at 16:53
- PRESS RELEASE
Le Méridien Dubai will celebrate all that is Brazilian with a five day Food Festival starting on the 22nd and ending on the 26th of January 2008.
The cuisine of Brazil, like Brazil itself, varies greatly by region. This diversity reflects the country's mix of native Amerindians, Portuguese, Africans, Italians, Spaniards, Germans, Syrians, Lebanese and Japanese among others.
Emirates Airlines have sponsored the flight tickets for a troupe of exotic samba dancers and a lively Brazilian band who will entertain guests throughout the festival. The airline launched its first flight to Sao Paulo on the 1st of October and flies to the destination six times a week.
The Festival will take place in the Meridien Village, at Le Meridien Dubai, and guests can enjoy a delicious buffet which includes regular beverages and superb entertainment.
Le Méridien Dubai is home to a variety of award winning restaurants, which include the signature, Café Chic; overseen by two star Michelin Philippe Gauvreau, as well as Yalumba, M's Beef Bistro, Kiku, the Seafood Market, Casa Mia and Sukhothai to name a few.
The Brazilian Food Festival is one of the many exciting events planned for 2008.
