Accor hosts 'Airline Crew & Partnership Event' at The Palace, The Old Town

The all-day programme saw senior Accor management - Jean-Louis Dubrule, Senior Vice President Strategic Accounts and Partnerships and General Secretary to the Executive Committee, Christophe Caron, Director of Operations and Jean Gauvent, Senior Vice President Airline Crew Market lead a two-part workshop with fellow airline partners including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Middle East Airlines, Gulf Air and Air France.

The first half of the workshop saw Jean-Louis Dubrule, Accor conduct a global Accor presentation that revealed the Group's strategic development worldwide and the GCC region in particular. The participants then split into Crew Accommodation and Airline Partnership teams for a more interactive tête-à-tête with Accor.

Following some free time, all partners convened by the poolside for an early evening cocktail. It was at this time that Jean-Louis Dubrule, Accor and Brian LaBelle, Senior Vice President, Skywards Emirates signed a letter of intent in a signing ceremony to affirm Accor Hospitality's participation in the Skywards Emirates frequent flyer programme.

A dinner and 18th century Classical and Oriental-infused musical performance by exclusive French band - Mozart The Egyptian at the Royal ballroom rounded off the successful event, undoubtedly the first of many to come.
