Jordan 55th in report

Jordan has been placed 55th out of 129 nations in Unesco's Education for All - Global Monitoring Report 2008, according to the Jordan Times citing the Petra News Agency. The kingdom was the second highest ranked Arab country after Bahrain. Minister of Education Tayseer Nueimi said Kuwait followed behind Jordan in 60th place, while Palestine was in 69th place.
