The Wave, Muscat wins 'Best Luxury Development' award in London

Homes Overseas, one of UK's leading international property magazines has accorded The Wave, Muscat with an award for 'The Best Luxury Development'.
Present to receive the award at a glittering function held in London on December 3rd, Amer Al Fadhil, Vice President - External Affairs and Nick Smith, CEO, The Wave, Muscat who commented: "I would like to dedicate this award to all our customers who have shown their support in our development, it is this commitment which has seen us rise from strength to strength. We shall continue to provide the finest livings standards in the Sultanate and shall endeavor to offer the best possible in the real estate sector."
Every entry for various categories is assessed on its own merits, and previous winners have come from destinations as diverse as South Africa, China, Dubai and Canada. The judging panel is made up of respected professionals from across the industry, including architects, surveyors and renowned property journalists.
The Homes Overseas Awards, organised by Homes Overseas magazine offer a guide to buying a property overseas whether as an investment or holiday home. The magazine has been one of UK's leading international property titles for over 40 years. The Homes Overseas Awards are unique, in that the judges visit every short listed property or development to assess it first-hand. Only the Homes Overseas Awards does this so winning entries have an 'unrivalled seal of approval.'
The Wave, Muscat, also recently received four awards at the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards ceremony held in Dubai. The awards included: Best Development, Best Apartment Design, Best Marina Design and Best Golf Course Design.
The Wave, Muscat, is being developed through a joint venture comprising Oman's Waterfront Investments (representing the Government of the Sultanate of Oman), National Investment funds Company (representing the Omani Pension Funds), and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Group.
