Spearheading this crucial aspect of Tiara Hotels & Resorts' portfolio, will be Craig Cook who has been appointed as the resort's Director of Food and Beverage.
Craig joins Tiara Hotels & Resorts from Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa in Thailand, where he spent a year as its Director of Food and Beverage, however, this isn't his first experience of working in the UAE. He previously worked at Dubai's prestigious InterContinental Hotel, which is renowned in the city for its exceptional food and beverage outlets, as its Assistant Food and Beverage Director. Craig's other overseas experience includes a six-year tenure on a Disney Cruise Line based in Orlando,
Florida, USA, as a Cocktail Bartender.
Before embarking on a career in the hospitality industry, Craig enjoyed immense success as a professional opera singer, performing alongside artists such as Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo and José Carreras. He also recorded a number of CDs including a solo album titled This Is The Moment.
