  • PRESS RELEASE

Limitless, the Dubai-based global real estate master developer, is taking South East Asia by storm, with the launch of new operations in Singapore for the company's rapidly-expanding activities across the region.

The new regional set-up - announced in Singapore by Saeed Ahmed Saeed, CEO of Limitless - is the nerve centre for Limitless projects in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.

Speaking in Singapore, Saeed Ahmed Saeed told potential partners, investors and developers:

"Without doubt, SE Asia is one of the most exciting and dynamic regions for Limitless. Its fast-growing economy presents us with endless opportunities to demonstrate our core skills of master planning large-scale, balanced projects and waterfront development."

SE Asia is home to Limitless' first international project - Halong Star - a $220m, 125 hectare mixed-use development in Halong Bay, Vietnam, announced in September 2007 and due to break ground this week. Many more opportunities are being pursued in the region, with several expected to come online in 2008.

Halong Star - one of five projects in Limitless' $100bn global portfolio - will fulfil Halong Bay's massive demand for high-end residential and tourist accommodation. It will include the area's first five-star hotel, conference facilities, luxury living accommodation, a hospitality school, and retail and entertainment amenities, all with unmatched views over the UNESCO-sanctioned world heritage site of Halong Bay.

Saeed Ahmed Saeed continued: "Limitless has made a remarkable start in South East Asia. And there's an impressive future ahead of us. I look forward to watching the endless opportunities here unfold, to building strong, healthy relationships with partners and investors, and to ensuring that Limitless delivers distinction in this fascinating, exciting part of the world."
