This initiative aims at enhancing the knowledge-base of DQA assessors.
Collaboration Management and Control Solutions (CMCS), a leading provider of project, portfolio and risk management applications and training courses in the Middle East, conducted the workshop to over 40 DQA assessors. It focused on how best practices in project management can improve business performance and enhance productivity and profitability while reducing risks.

Applying effective project management is an essential part of our organization as it leads to higher standards of quality and performance. CMCS, a true leader in this field, provided valuable insights on how our scope of work can be handled swiftly without compromising on the quality of the assignment."
Following a global methodology, CMCS discussed ways to measure performance, track steps for improvement and collaborate with team members to deliver a successful project. All attendees received a certificate of completion from CMCS.
