Pearl Dubai FZ LLC buys and repositions Dubai Pearl development

The project, located within the Dubai Media and Technology Free Zone (TECOM) overlooking Palm Jumeirah, will be developed with a built up area of more than 15 million square feet.

The project's new masterplan emphasises energy efficiency and the optimum use of space to deliver the region's first integrated walkable city centre.

Expected to be completed by December 2010, Dubai Pearl will combine an active business district with quality urban lifestyle, offering easy access to premium commercial and residential areas such as Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City, as well as Jumeirah.
