Radisson SAS Residence, Dubai Marina, owned by Kuwaiti real estate developer Abyaar, will have 152 luxury apartments including 22 studios and 131 one and two bedroom suites.
It's also close to the emirate's two main business hubs, Media City and Internet City.
'This residence will set a new regional living benchmark in terms of size and exclusivity and our strategy is to ensure all our new properties have very distinctive and individual identities,'
said Jean-Marc Busato, Area Vice President, The Rezidor Hotel Group.
'The main feature of this residence is five-star service all year round.'
The 20 floor residence has been designed by award-winning architects KEO International, which is behind some of the region's most prestigious hospitality and mixed-use developments including: The Pearl - Qatar, the $2.5bn island being reclaimed offshore Doha and Abu Dhabi's seven-star Emirates Palace Hotel.
In addition, the interiors of the residence have been conceptualised by Milan's Matteo Nunziati, who is behind some of the most luxurious hotels in Italy and Switzerland.
'We are targeting business travellers as well as families looking to stay long-term who appreciate class and quality,' added Busato.
'The residence will offer a variety of services, including 24 hour reception and concierge, butler and valet service, daily apartment cleaning, 24-hours on-call maintenance, baby-sitting and round-the-clock security.'
The luxury development will also have a host of leisure and security value-added facilities, including separate gymnasiums and swimming pools for men and women, children's play area, free high-speed internet access, express laundry service upon request and secure underground parking.
