KAEC is an ideal platform for investments in a number of sectors and offers unique opportunities to investors from different parts of the world.
Mike Ahern said that the investment opportunities presented by KAEC will play a key role in strengthening business ties between Saudi Arabia and Australia.
KAEC has six key components - the Sea Port, Industrial Zone, Central Business District (including the Financial District), Resort District, Educational Zone and Residential Communities. Construction of the first phase including the Industrial Zone, Sea Port, Resorts and Residential communities is in progress, while sales of residential units and the leasing of the Industrial plots have started to strong investor response.
