"With our 'Instant redemption' option, our customers can pay for their purchases by converting Air Miles earned into shopping vouchers instantly, using their cards, at all Pan Emirates outlets," said Dave Battiston, Chief Executive Officer, Air Miles Middle East.
Through the programme's exciting new initiative cardholders can exchange their accumulated Air Miles for shopping vouchers immediately, without having to redeem them in advance, simply by showing their card in store.
"With Air Miles' new 'Instant Redemptions' option, shopping with us has become more rewarding and we look forward to offering Air Miles members and our loyal customers the option of either exchanging their miles for shopping vouchers - which is quick and convenient - as well as redeem them for rewards of their choice," said Shakeel Khazi, Director, Pan Emirates Home Furnishings.
Air Miles first introduced 'Instant Redemptions' at Lamcy Plaza, which has been extremely well received by its card-holders.
"More than 5,300 Air Miles card-holders have already used this innovative feature and redeemed over 96 million Air Miles in exchange for vouchers to pay for purchases at Lamcy Plaza," said Battiston.
"We are confident this will make it even easier for our members to reward themselves at Pan Emirates and will be introducing our 'Instant Redemption' service at more Air Miles partner outlets shortly."
