CrediMax staff attends seminar on customers service

A successful business always depends on the healthy relationship between the company and its customers.

Hence discovering and adapting to new strategies to enhancing customer relations has been a policy that all successful companies live by.

In this regard, CrediMax, the Kingdom's pioneering card issuer and acquirer recently arranged a seminar on 'The Art of Customers Services' that was conducted and organized by Crestcom at Al Riffa Ballroom in the Regency Intercontinental Bahrain.

The seminar was facilitated by Mr. Majdy Obaid, CEO at Crestcom who addressed various topics on dealing with customers. Titled 'Fun & Learn How to Deal With 'Different Types Of Customers', the seminar enlightened participants with various tactics, strategies and skills that can be adapted to handle all types of customers inquiries and complaints.

At the seminar, participants were encouraged to engage in a process of self-awareness to highlight the role of ones values, beliefs, and attitudes that plays a pivotal role in providing effective service to all types customers. The seminar also stressed on the identification of positive verbal and non-verbal communication approaches that should be adopted in providing effective customer services.

'Customers come first in any business; they are its main asset'. Thus hosting such educational seminars is one of our key priorities. Through this seminar we aim at enhancing participants increase their customer service skills, develop a greater appreciation of customer value and raise the quality of the service they provide to customers,' explained Mr. Majdy at the seminar.
