Through a prominent booth at the exhibition, ENOC furthered its commitment to growing its presence in the region. As the first Middle East oil trading company in Singapore, ENOC's current operations include refined petroleum products and crude trading through ENOC Singapore, refined petroleum products storage through Horizon Singapore Terminals, and the recent introduction of premium motor oils through ENOC Lubricants.

ENOC was the Jade sponsor for the gala dinner and the Asian Innovation Awards. Held for the fifth consecutive year, the award ceremony was attended by Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Singapore's Minister for Education and Second Minister for Finance.

Commending the winners for their achievements, Saeed Abdullah Khoory, ENOC Group Chief Executive, said, "ENOC is delighted to sponsor the GES Gala Dinner for the third time in a row. These innovations, like the gold winner's clever way to wash used water, are significant in today's technology-driven world. I laud the efforts and achievements of the winners as their work has gone a long way in improving our day-to-day lives."

On ENOC's participation in the GES, Tayyeb Al Mulla, CEO of ENOC Singapore, said, "With a well-established base in Singapore, we are pleased with our involvement in this premier event. It served as an effective platform for local businesses to engage with their foreign counterparts."

Khoory and Al Mulla were also invited to meet Lee Hsein Loong, the Prime Minister of Singapore. During the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed keen interest in ENOC's expansion plans in the country.

This year's GES covered subjects such as climate changes, growing interest in clean fuel technologies, alternative energy sources, carbon exchange, as well as trends and developments in China and India.
