Etisalat rolls out special offers for all

Between 9pm on Monday, 17th December, and 7am on Saturday, 22nd December 2007, all international calls made from Etisalat landlines and mobiles will be charged at off-peak rates.

Etisalat has also thrown open its wi-fi Hotspots to all for free between 19th and 22nd December 2007. Residents and visitors of the UAE alike can access the wireless broadband Internet for free with a suitable mobile device or laptop computer in more than 250 location across the UAE.

Etisalat Business Centres will remain closed on Wednesday, 19th December 2007, to mark the first day of Eid, and will be operational between 9am and 2pm on all other days during the holidays. All other outlets of Etisalat such as the dedicated outlets in malls, will continue to be operational as per their normal working hours. This is to ensure that customers are not without access to telecommunications services of their choice even during the holidays.

Etisalat's offer geared towards Hajj pilgrims, which enables them to enjoy a great saving over regular call rates, is also available until 22nd December 2007. Call rates from Etisalat mobiles to Saudi Arabia are only Dhs0.99 per minute, down from Dhs2.12. Also reduced are roaming rates on calls received by Etisalat Roaming customers in Saudi Arabia from Etisalat mobiles in the UAE during this period.

Weyak, Etisalat's web and mobile portal, is also gearing up with a number of ways for customers to reach out and share greetings for Eid Al Adha. Customers can download greetings in different formats to send their friends and loved ones around the world. Weyak can be accessed at www.weyak.ae from a PC, or mobile.weyak.ae from a mobile phone.

Etisalat is also offering a selection of seasonal Greetune downloads, especially composed for Eid al Adha. These can be accessed from the Weyak mobile and Internet portal.
