- United Arab Emirates: Monday, December 17 - 2007 at 13:14
- PRESS RELEASE
Trapeze Networks, the award-winning wireless connectivity provider, recently concluded a series of technical sessions on its Smart Mobile wireless local area network (WLAN) solutions for its Middle Eastern resellers.
Participants were taught the essential features, functionalities and benefits of Trapeze's highly-scalable Smart Mobile WLAN solutions, with the aim of imparting more product knowledge and ensuring quality field installations. The training successfully increased reseller familiarity and confidence in Smart Mobile and is expected to improve product sales in the Middle Eastern market.
"Our technologies are being embraced by a growing number of resellers in the Middle East, who have the responsibility of maintaining the reputation of both their business and our brand. It is therefore essential that we ensure their full understanding of the inner workings and advantages of our products, through activities such as intensive technical training," said Feras Zeidan, Regional Manager, Trapeze Networks.
Eight partners from various countries in the region attended the sessions, which are organized on a monthly basis on average. Trapeze hopes to sustain the frequency of trainings to effectively disseminate the advantages of Smart Mobile technology in the enterprise setting, such as scalability, high data capacity, optimum security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
"Gulf companies are acknowledging the need to synergize their IT services with business goals. This calls for innovative technologies that can optimize IT infrastructure to comply with stringent business requirements. Our user-friendly, reliable and secure Smart Mobile solution provides seamless mobility to the enterprise workforce and more than satisfies corporate WLAN requirements," concluded Zeidan.
Trapeze Networks, an industry-leading wireless local area network solutions provider, was established in March 2002 with two simple goals: to provide enterprise-wide seamless mobility and meet network manager and IT staff requirements. More than 2,000 organizations worldwide have adopted the provider's WLAN technology. The company's Smart Mobile wireless solution recently won the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Award for Industry Innovation & Advancement of the Year.
