HSBC Amanah holds a scholar education event for customers

As part of its continuous efforts to remain closer to customers, HSBC Amanah recently held a scholar education event at The Shangri La Hotel in Dubai.

The purpose of the event was to share the knowledge of best practices in Islamic Finance Industry with the customers and the role/contribution of HSBC Amanah towards the development of Islamic Finance Industry.

Sheikh Nizam Yakuby, member of HSBC Amanah Central Shariah Committee and a world renowned shariah scholar shed light on the growth and success of Islamic Finance Industry. He shared his knowledge and understanding of Islamic Finance with the customers. His presentation was followed by a detailed questions and answer session, which demonstrated the enthusiasm created by his presentation.

Nabeel AbdulRahim, Head of HSBC Amanah Commercial Banking, said:
