The relocation is in alignment with Trident's philosophy of giving priority to its customers, and all our initiatives are aimed at enhancing customer convenience and reinforcing a superior experience every time an investor or a buyer deals with Trident."
Combining the expertise of highly trained customer service professionals with the state-of the-art global communication systems, the office will be a one-stop window for all sale related processes as well as site visitations. This would save a lot of time for our customers. A pro-active approach, geared towards achieving greater customer satisfaction, will help to reduce the turn-around time in responding to customer queries and at the same time increase the customer base.
