Iraq seeks Iran's aid on education

Khudayr al-Khuzai, Iraqi Minister of Education has called for more cooperation between Iran and his country in the field of science and education, reported Press TV. He also welcomed Iranian school construction benefactors to visit Iraq to explore the scope for their activities in his country.

Khuzai further criticized claims made by some countries about Iran interfering in Iraq's internal affairs, describing the role of the Islamic Republic in his country and regional states as positive.

Ali Ahmadi, Iranian Acting Minister of Education said Iranian school construction benefactors are ready to visit Iraq as soon as possible to examine the potential for their charitable activities in the country.
