The new look and feel of the website and its user-friendly interface make for an enhanced banking experience. Customers can now access all their account information through Dubai Bank Online - with a fully secure connection giving total control over account activity - or get more information about the various types of accounts and facilities on offer.
Speaking of the new website, Mohammed Juma, Head of Corporate Communications for the bank, said,
'The website is one of the most important communication channels to any organization, therefore, it was important to it friendlier and more functional, in additional to that we made a major development to the site navigation to enhance the users reach to the main services such us Dubai Bank Online, the internet banking service of Dubai Bank.'
'The new website and Dubai Bank Online offering reflects Dubai bank's desire to continually enhance its customer service. This feature-rich and secure online banking channel offers clients the opportunity to do banking transactions from the convenience of their own home or office. Customers can now have easy access to all their accounts with Dubai Bank and carry out transactions such as fund transfer, utility bills payment, Covered Card payments, opening of new accounts and several other transactions,' said Faizal Eledath, Dubai Bank's Head of Information Technology.
Updating the website is the latest achievement by Dubai Bank in 2007, a year which saw its conversion to a fully ethical and Shari'a-compliant institution, and the launch of a record number of branches as well as new products and facilities, garnering several awards and nods from the banking industry and public.
