Mobily extends free privileges for new postpaid subscriptions

  • Saudi Arabia: Saturday, December 29 - 2007 at 15:02
  • PRESS RELEASE

New subscribers to Mobily's postpaid packages (Khatty, Khatty Plus and Mada) will continue enjoying zero subscription fees if they buy any of these subscriptions before Friday, January 18, 2008, Mobily announced.

Until that date, new subscribers will not have to pay any monthly subscription fees for a full year as of their purchase date.

Mobily's move aims to give its potential subscribers a better chance to take advantage of this special offer, which continues a chain of other offers and services the company had brought to market over the past few months, the latest of which was the highly competitive (Mada) Package.

In addition to new subscribers, the offer is good for conquest subscribers who migrate their existing phone numbers from the other operator to Mobily - the 'Raqme' service.
Moreover, all new subscribers will retain all the benefits of this offer should they choose to migrate to any other package included in the offer.

Any new subscribers who wishes to take advantage of this offer is welcome to visit any of Mobily's main centers or authorized distributors anywhere in the Kingdom.

Mobily's postpaid packages are unique in that they offer the same tariffs for all calls made to all land and mobile networks. A voice minute in the (Khatty Plus) package costs only 30 halalas in calls placed to either Mobily lines or the other operator's lines, mobile or land-based. In the (Mada) package, a voice minute to a land line or Mobily line costs only 20 halalas, provided that the call is made within the confines of a preferred geographical area defined by the user. The (Mada) tariff is the most competitive in the Kingdom.
