Al-Sorayai Group holds founding meeting and selects members of the governing council

Along with the election the meeting agenda covered vital topics such as the verification of the full subscription capital, approval of future expenditures, and the appointment of their auditor, that would allow Al Sorayai Group to establish itself stronger as a corporate entity.

Mohammed Al-Sorayai CEO of the group, who explained that he has approved all the items the meeting and the appointment of 7 members of the governing council.

Al Sorayai Group's first ever board of directors' position are taken over by Mohammed Abdallah Al-Soarayai, Saleh Nasser Al-Soarayai, Hamad Abdullah Al-Soarayai, Abdelaziz Nasser Al-Soarayai, Dr. Ahmed Saleh Nashar, Dr. Rahman Yasin Al-Jafari, and Suliman Al Hamdan.

Mr. Al-Sorayai added that the transformation of the Group to a closed joined venture is the outcome of great efforts made by the members of the Constituent Assembly and the rest of the partners and staff of the group, starting from applying the highest standards of corporate work force and management system in the group which helped and supported in getting the Ministry of Trade and Industry's approval to transform to a closed joined venture Group.

Saleh Naser Al-Sorayai executive chairman of the group says that, Al-Sorayai takes the lead in the carpet industry in the region from 55 years ago, Al Sorayi is considered the 3rd largest worldwide in this industry, and recently it has been selected to become one of the top 100 largest Saudi companies.
