Hydra Properties goes global

Hydra Properties, one of the leading real estate developers in the UAE, announced commencement of work in the first phase of 'Hydra Waves', its first international development, on the sunny beaches of Mazatlan, north of Mexico.
The project is comprised of a number of towers including 'Hydra Waves Tower', facing the main sea front on the heart of the Touristic Zone. Build on a 4614 square meters area, comprising 172 apartments, and rises for 37 stories. This is in addition to car parks, shops, spa, gym, and luxury cafés and restaurants.
Blueprint of the other phases of the project also includes a 26 story tower which will be transformed into a five stars hotel, comprising 500 rooms. A group of 18 story Time Share buildings, situated among Dale Islands, on the Pacific Ocean sea front.
The ground breaking ceremony was attended by HE Governor of Sinaloa, Mazatlan Meyer, a number of Mexican businessmen, and Mexican media. While taking a look at the project's plans, guests expressed their appreciation of such a huge real estate undertaking, considered the largest in Mazataln. They also welcomed Hydra Properties initiative to develop a unique multifaceted project, in terms of essence and design.
"I am glad to mark the transformation of Hydra properties from a local into a global company", said Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, Hydra Properties CEO. "This is on of the company's objectives, sought since its inception, and this is the right time to begin its global expansion. Our ambitions guided us to bypass the local nature and pursue a global character, to maintain this course f business, we will direct 90% of Hydra Properties investments to international developments", he added.
Dr. AL Fahim outlined the positive consequences of this project on Mazatlan area, where it will offer new employment opportunities for the local population, increase tourists traffic. In addition to attracting more developers to invest in Mazatlan, endowed with natural beauties, a magnificent water front , and wonderful climate.
Dr. Sulaiman affirmed to the audience, in his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, that Hydra Properties look forward to introducing "the art of living", not just owning property. He also indicated that his company's projects are designed to be unique, each with its own character, maintaining the values set forward, like being eco- friendly, holding a humanitarian dimension to living.
Thanking HE the governor of Sinaloa, the Meyer of Mazatlan, for their support to Hydra Waves, Hydra Properties CEO assured the audience that his company adopts the best in class safety criteria across all its projects, giving special weight for this aspect, since it targets developing humanitarian, not only real estate, projects.
Mazatlan is part of Sinaloa state, North of Mexico, it faces the Pacific Ocean. It is surrounded by Sierra Mountains and the Sea of Cortez. It has an 80 km coastline, with a population of 500,000 people.
