OFIS introduces Bosse 'Magic Cubes' from Germany

Solutions do exist, and some people can provide such rooms within a room, but most of them, have two or three problems.

First, it is difficult to find rooms inside which the occupants get the benefit of fresh air and the ambient air-conditioning, without going for expensive ducting and cabling. Secondly, the sound proofing quality of many such rooms, is not adequate, which means that the very purpose of having the room - which is creating an island of quiet inside a busy office, or a private space where people outside cannot hear what is going on inside - is lost. And thirdly, how do you provide adequate lighting?

Bosse, the German firm which is a part of the Dauphin Human Design group, has come up with the Magic Cube, which solves all these difficulties with ease.

The Magic Cube is being offered by OFIS (Office Furnishing Interior Solutions) the interiors company of the Easa Saleh al Gurg Group. Says Arun Raina, Business Manager, "Architects and designers find the Magic Cube, the answer to many of their problems. Bosse has created this elegant and sophisticated room system, which is easily movable, and which can fit into most office environments. The system can be finished with glass or panel walls, in a variety of colours and finishes, and screens and blinds can also be hung."

"One of the important features of the Magic Cube, is the networking facility, with easily accessible sockets provided inside the room, for both power and IT requirements, and the integrated lighting and air flow system make it a comfortable space to work or relax in. The size of the room is variable, and can be designed to match the need."

The new product will be offered exclusively at OFIS showroom in Dubai at the foot of Maktoum Bridge in Bur Dubai and ABN Amro Building, Hamdan-Salam Street Junction in Abu Dhabi.
