Axiom Telecom sponsors Al Maydan programme

Starting next year, residents of the UAE can experience a fun-filled local cultural programme as season 3 of Al Maydan hits screens on Sama Dubai TV.
In collaboration with Sama Dubai, Axiom and Sony Ericsson will support the programme, which is aimed at raising the profile of local UAE culture, tradition and to help UAE nationals to connect to their past.
"Axiom Telecom and Sony Ericsson sponsorship of season 3 of the Al Maydan programme demonstrates our commitment to our culture." said Fahad Al Bannai, Vice-president-UAE, Axiom Telecom. "We thank Sama Dubai for introducing the programme, where they bring back our history to a platform where nationals and expatriates alike can enjoy and appreciate it."
The Al Maydan Season 3 is a comprehensive Arabic programme of local music, Yola and poetry championship and will be aired from January 2008.
