Emerald 2008 with 120mm section and the Paragon 2008 with 105mm section have been carefully developed to match the construction and architectural requirements in Arab countries. The new products have also been designed according to European standards and have been thoroughly tested to withstand extreme environment conditions.

'The enormous growth of the construction industry has led to an increase in demand for stronger aluminium systems that can withstand extreme local conditions. With the immense size and complexity of the development projects in the region, it is essential that only the highest quality products be used in all levels of development. Emirates Extrusions Factory has developed Emerald 2008 and Paragon 2008 to match regional requirements and offer excellent environmental benefits,' said Khalfan Al Suwaidi, General Manager, Emirates Extrusions Factory.

Emerald 2008 is a new thermal break system that features competitive advantages such as powerful mechanic strength for compound thermal insulation aluminium materials, good heat and sound insulation properties, and innovative design that keeps out sand and dust. Paragon 2008 is a normal system that features advanced and improved performance and, along with Emerald 2008, has been created to fit the hinged profiles for easier assembly of top fixed arch windows and bottom sliding that are typologically required for traditional architectural design in Arab countries.

On top of technical advantages, which also include moisture-free thermal efficiency, superior strength to withstand calculated wind loads and dead loads and prevention of heat loss, the new systems also deliver excellent environmental qualities that help improve health and quality living and create minimal impact on the environment.

'Emirates Extrusions Factory is strongly committed to constantly provide innovative products to address changing market demands. Emerald 2008 and Paragon 2008 are advanced systems that have been designed to match, and even exceed, expectations of the construction sector in terms of technical superiority, environmental efficiency and comfortable living condition,' said Al Suwaidi.

Emirates Extrusions Factory, which was established in 1993, has been offering a broad selection of premium-quality, energy-efficient extruded aluminium profiles as part of its continuing strategy to consolidate its presence in global markets. The company's offerings include windows and doors, curtain wall, structural glazing, partition system and hand rail systems, and are manufactured in conformity with ISO 9001 standards, certifying the company is adopting consistent processes for production of quality products.
