Iran cuts gas exports to Turkey

Iran has trimmed natural gas exports to Turkey to 'a minimum' because of Turkmenistan's halt of deliveries to Iran and cold weather, reported Reuters. Turkmenistan has stopped its gas sales to neighbouring Iran, citing technical problems, causing winter shortages in some parts of the country. But some Iranian media reports suggested it may have cut deliveries because it wanted to raise the price of the gas.
