The signing of the agreement took place at Eskadenia Software's premises in Amman, Jordan, on December 16th, 2007.
The new cooperation established between Eskadenia Software and Beam IT Consult aims at building long-term profitable business relationships for both parties based on Eskadenia Software's products and solutions portfolio and Beam IT Consult's existing business network in Europe.
Through this partnership, Beam IT Consult will promote and sell Eskadenia Software's products to clients in Germany and Central Europe. The German partner will also manage the projects and provide the needed professional services. On its part, Eskadenia Software will handle the delivery and deployment of its software products at the client sites. It will also provide, together with Beam IT Consult, all required training and after-sales support.
Intensive activities will be held to create brand awareness and corporate recognition for both parties. Eskadenia Software and Beam IT Consult will also work jointly to develop a common business model and new solutions to address the European market needs and requirements.
