Cairo journalists protest over benefits

Around 150 reporters, most of them working for state-owned newspapers and magazines, protested about overdue benefits at Egypt's Dar al-Tahrir publishing house, reported IOL. They claimed that the publisher paid high-level media workers, including the managing directors of its publications, outstanding benefits but refused to do the same for its reporters.
