The 18-hole championship golf course, by the Ernie Els Design company, will be furnished with a wide range of Landmark Golf Products, including superb tee monuments and directional signs, benches, clock stands, bag racks, yardage markers, and refreshment stations.

'The Els course will be extremely visually appealing, because Dubai Sports City pays such enormous attention to detail, refusing to treat course fixtures and fittings as an afterthought,' said Eric Tallmadge of Landmark.

'Supplying custom-made work in natural Rinowood allows the golf fixtures and fittings to blend in with nature, in keeping with golf's historic orientation towards the natural world,' Tallmadge added.

Thomas Rubi, General Manager of the Golf Course at Dubai Sports City, is impressed with the quality of the Landmark fixtures and fittings and added:

'The items - a combination of laser-etched hardwood and polished bronze - are guaranteed for 25 years. With the maintenance they deserve, these items will still be supporting golfers in the year 2040.'

The first consignment of Rinowood golf fixtures and fittings will be installed late January prior to the inauguration of the 72-par, 18-hole championship golf course designed by South African star Ernie Els.
