Ahli United Bank (Egypt) launches contact center

Ahli United Bank (Egypt) announced the launch of its contact center with a unified number 19072 that will facilitate fast and convenient communications.

This latest move by the fast growing bank is part of its strategy to support an ever increasing number of financial products with timely and resourceful customer support.

"There is a famous saying that customer service is a journey not a destination, and we at Ahli United Bank (Egypt) believe in this and are determined to achieve excellence by listening to callers' needs, and taking the right actions based upon the feedback the bank receives from its clientele. We want to be distinguished as a bank dedicated to serving our customers and advocate this strategy every time an agent answers a caller. This new contact center offers a single destination for all our customers and prospects, where all their enquiries can be dealt with in an effective and efficient manner," said Stewart Lockie, Chief General Manager of Retail & Private Banking at Ahli United Bank (Egypt).

A professional and dedicated team of highly skilled agents will be available to answer calls motivated to improve customer experience and taking a whole new approach to customer service; sharing advice and expertise with customers and prospective clients. The contact center will operate seven days a week from 9 am to 9 pm to answer questions.
