The purpose of the visit is to discus ways of cooperation in various fields of research.
H. E. Fatmir Mediu and the accompanying delegation were introduced to the activities and functions of the Center.
The delegation then visited the U.A.E Federation Library, which is the largest specialized library in the country housing a collection of 200,000 titles and 1,000 journals and periodicals.
The delegation also visited the Media Department where they were briefed on its daily functions, which comprise monitoring local and global events and issuing a news bulletin called Akhbar Al-Sa'ah (News of the Hour).
The delegation then visited the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Hall, in which main conferences and different activities of the Centre take place.
H. E. Fatmir Mediu and the accompanying delegation expressed their appreciation and admiration of the ECSSR efforts in the realms of research, studies, seminars, lectures and publications since its establishment.
