LINKdotNET joins the fight against breast cancer

LINKdotNET is proud to announce that it is joining forces with the American University in Cairo's (AUC) Office of Student Development (OSD) in its all-important initiative 'Early Detection of Breast Cancer', as a major corporate sponsor.

The project, a joint effort between AUC, its student body, celebrities, other prominent individuals, as well as a number of corporate sponsors, aims at the donation of a complete, turn-key unit for the early detection of breast cancer benefiting underprivileged women of Qalioubeya governorate.

AUC, which hosted a highly successful ''Concert of Hope'' earlier this year has now planned the second phase of this fund-raising campaign, a festival-type event titled ''Festival of Hope''.

Mr. Karim Beshara, Chief Executive Officer of LINKdotNET, commented: "we are delighted at this opportunity to play a role in this supremely important project. Our company is actively involved in various social endeavors but this particular initiative is a true embodiment of good corporate citizenship."

He further added: "We fully appreciate the plight of Egypt's underprivileged and look forward to help as best we can in ending the threat of this disease affecting so many women''.

LINKdotNET is a leader of internet service and electronic content in Egypt and the Middle East.
