Chinese embassy in UAE calls for high quality products

The Chinese Embassy in Abu Dhabi has urged Chinese companies operating from the UAE to ensure quality and originality of the products imported from the homeland and sold here, reported Khaleej Times. As there had been complaints about certain Chinese products, particularly toys and toothpastes and other consumer items, available in the UAE market over the past several months. Several complaints had been lodged with the Ministry of Economy which initiated inspections in the market to seize and destroy fake as well as hazardous products.
