Born and graduated in Switzerland, Dominique holds a Swiss Chef Certificate along with the Diploma in Service and Catering Management from prestigious Lausanne Hotel School. He is not a new comer for Rotana family having worked as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers, Abu Dhabi for two years starting 2002. Dominique brings 9 years of solid Food & Beverage experience, and has held various managerial positions with leading international hotel chains in Switzerland and Far Eastern countries.
In his new challenging assignment, Dominique Jossi will be overlooking extensive Food & Beverage operation of Al Murooj Rotana Hotel & Suites including 10 outlets and Conference & Banqueting services. His main focus will be on maintaining high competitive position of property's dining venues on Dubai market and winning prestigious Food & Beverage awards in 2008.
