Burgan Bank operations managers complete workshop on productivity & quality

Committed to translate the essence of its new corporate identity into reality, Burgan Bank recently conducted a first-of-its-kind specialized workshop on 'Managing Banking Operations for Productivity and Quality' for all operations managers.
Congratulating the managers on successfully completing the workshop, Simon L Clements, Senior General Manager Operations adds, "We lay a lot of emphasis on equipping our managers with the latest techniques and best practices so as to be able to provide our customers with consistent high quality service. Operations in Burgan Bank are largely centralized and highly automated, however we continuously benchmark the quality of service with the best in the banking industry across markets. We will continue to source quality programs so as to equip our staff to meet the challenges of tomorrow."
The workshop was developed and conducted by Dr Linda Eagle President from US-based 'The Edcomm Group', who brought with her a wealth of experience having worked with some of the top ten banks in the world. The Edcomm Group is a 20-year-old multimedia education and communication consulting firm specializing in the development of creative business solutions that improve productivity, customer service and market share - providing bottom-line results. The Edcomm Group has had the privilege of assisting many distinguished clients with business solutions in the form of eLearning programs, classroom instruction, multimedia production and online and print based documentation.
The workshop reiterated Burgan Bank's focus on empowering its staff with insightful learning and skill-enhancement opportunities, all aimed at enabling them to offer customers an enhanced and unparalleled banking experience.
