Burgan Bank operations managers complete workshop on productivity & quality

The workshop aimed at equipping managers and supervisors with skills to effectively manage their workload using tools, techniques and strategies for attaining increased productivity and quality. These would serve as a mechanism to succeed in an environment of ever-evolving technology, sophisticated markets, reorganization and realignment, and new products and services.
