'We are delighted with the interest from visitors to PIMEX which represents the growing marine industry in Thailand. Participation at boat shows such as PIMEX will help to cement our growing presence in the Asia market,' said Erwin Bamps, Executive Manager, Gulf Craft Inc.
Gulf Craft's Thailand dealer, Go Boating, also used the PIMEX event to open its new office in Royal Phuket Marina. The opening has led to an expansion in services and as a result all Gulf Craft boats sold through the dealer can be serviced in-house for a faster and more cost effective after sales service.
In addition to its success at PIMEX, Gulf Craft also recently saw delivery of its first Majesty 50 yacht to Malaysia. The yacht, which will be used for corporate purposes, will be seen gracing the coastlines of Malaysia and its neighboring countries.
Pen Marine, Gulf Craft's Malaysian dealer specializes in the sale of boats to owners who wish to use their boats for the purposes of corporate hospitality and organize trips from Phuket to Singapore and the eastern region of Malaysian peninsula and part of Indonesian islands. Pen Marine is able to offer owners hassle free boating as well as after sales service.
'Gulf Craft's ability to successfully compete at the highest levels of the international yacht market by meeting and exceeding the expectations of a discerning clientele has resulted in Asia becoming a major market for us and one in which we expect to see much growth over the next 12 months,'
concluded Erwin Bamps.
Gulf Craft will continue to expand their presence internationally by exhibiting in international boat shows globally such as Dusseldorf, Mumbai and Dubai in the next few months.
