Yemen & Canada hold meeting over academic cooperation

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Saleh Ba-Sorah, along with Minister of Education Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi, held discussions with the visiting Speaker of Canadian Senate Noel Kinsella educational cooperation between the two countries, reported Saba. In the meeting, the two ministers reviewed educational developments, in general, and higher education, in particular. They affirmed concern of enhancing educational ties between the Yemeni and Canadian universities as well as possibilities of opening branches for the Canadian universities in Yemen.
