Dubai's Motivate signs venture with OPP

Dubai-based Motivate Publishing announced the signing of a joint venture with On Product Publishing International (OPP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Modern Media Concepts, the global company behind the world's first magazine on a bottle. The joint venture, called Motivate OPP Middle East will be headed by Thomas Kelly and will operate from Dubai and already has a number of projects in the pipeline for 2008.
