Flying Blue helpdesk expanding

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Air France have decided to expand the scope of Dubai based Flying Blue helpdesk to members from Bahrain as of today.

The same decision was taken last December for members from Oman at the occasion of the new KLM flight between Muscat and Amsterdam.

"Moving our Flying Blue services from Bahrain to our dedicated regional service desk in Dubai will increase our services towards our most loyal customers,"


says Bas Gerressen, Air France KLM Commercial Director for the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Pakistan.

Air France KLM Flying Blue service desk based in Dubai administers all loyalty program related services for members in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and now Bahrain. The core objective being to ensure all the benefits that accrue to our loyal customers get delivered to them in a convenient and efficient manner. The daily activities include handling Flying Blue member's award requests and queries via phone, emails and sometimes in person.

KLM is operating one daily flight from Bahrain to Amsterdam. From Muscat, KLM operates 5 weekly flights to Amsterdam via Kuwait from 3rd December, 2007.
