Capital Hotel signs up with European International College to train staff

Al Diar Capital Hotel, a member of the Al Diar Group owned and managed by Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), has signed an agreement with the European International College of Hotel Management and Tourism (EIC) to facilitate hospitality training for the hotel's employees.
EIC is the first international hospitality management college to open in Abu Dhabi. Its academic programme is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education. The college is affiliated with César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, one of the top hotel management training educational programmes in Europe.
Ali Salih, the General Manager of Capital Hotel who initiated the programme, noted the importance of staff training on a regular basis. "Continuous training is part of our commitment to strengthen the skills and knowledge of our employees. A well-trained staff means that better and more efficient services are provided for our guests."
"We are proud to be associated with EIC, known to provide world-class hospitality training courses in Abu Dhabi. Under their programme, our employees will be equipped with the appropriate training that will enable them to improve the standard and quality of services we offer our guests. We are confident that EIC's tailor-made training programmes for the hospitality industry will bring the best results for all our employees and the hotel," he added.
Asma Al Fahim, International Director of EIC, said: "We are extremely happy to extend our assistance to Capital Hotel by conducting a development programme for its employees. We hope that this will be the start of a long and fruitful relationship between our college and Capital Hotel."
Al Diar Capital Hotel is part of Al Diar chain that includes seven four- star hotels in Abu Dhabi and Fujairah.
